MQH Basketball Leagues

Team Registration Instructions

1. Go to the Mary Queen of Heaven Athletics Website and click the "Register for our Leagues" link on the left-hand side of the webpage.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the appropriate league/division for your team.
3. Create a Coach Account for your team. If you already have an Exposure Basketball coach account, log in to your existing account.
4. Register your team by entering the required information below (note: not all information on the registration form is needed or required):

• Division: Division
• Team: Season Division, Team Name, Grade, City, State, Postal Code
• Scheduling Requests: Any special scheduling/availability requests for the upcoming season
• Coaches: Role, First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile Phone & Carrier, Street Address (please use School Address, City, State, and Postal Code)
• Roster: First Name, Last Name, Grade, Jersey Number

5. Please do not enter personal information for your players outside of these three items. The player's number is under "Profile," and their grade is under "Academics."

• If you don’t have jersey numbers yet, you can log into your Coach Account and update this information before your first game.
• Players may only appear on one team roster.
• Guest players should not be added to your Exposure Basketball Team Roster. Guest players will be registered using a separate platform and must be approved by the MQH Athletic Department before being allowed to play with a school team during league games.

6. Click Finalize to submit your team registration.

Important Information for the 2024-25 Basketball League:

• Payment of League Fees is due in full to Mary Queen of Heaven no later than November 30, 2024.
• Schedules will be made public on or before October 28, 2024 on the Exposure Basketball League Website.
• Game Play will begin on the weekend of November 8-10.

• League games may be played on Thanksgiving Weekend (11/29-12/1), Christmas Break (12/20-12/22 & 12/27-12/29), and during the NFL Playoffs.
• Parents can follow teams, receive league communications, and check game results via the Exposure Basketball app and website.

• Scheduling Requests: All scheduling requests must be submitted through your Exposure Coach Account by 8:00 PM on October 15, 2023. Requests via email or phone will not be accepted. Once the league schedule is finalized, no changes will be made except in the case of an emergency, subject to approval by the MQH Athletic Department.

Please be sure to include dates for any school wide events such as fundraisers, father-daughter dances, the KHSAA Football State Championship game, or other school activities that may affect your team's availability.
