What can I expect from The Chocolate Factory?

Discover the magical world of the Chocolate Factory and dive into a universe where your sweetest dreams come true! During your stay in this unique wonderland, you will visit a variety of rooms with all kinds of delicious themes: there's the Chocolate Town, the Cupcake Room, the Ball Pit, Cloudland and, of course, the Chocolate Factory. But you won't just be able to admire the sweets: you'll be able to eat some, too! Plenty of surprises await you in this mouth-watering immersive multisensory experience.

When should I be there?

You can arrive anytime up to 30 minutes after your session time, admission is in staggered groups during the 30 minute session slot.

What if I'm late?

Should there be capacity when you arrive, then you will be able to enter without any problems. In the event that this is not the case, we may ask you to wait a bit.

What does the ticket include?

Child ticket: includes entry to the corresponding session for children from 2 to 12 years old. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket.

General admission: includes entry to the corresponding session for people over 12 years old.

I cannot go on the available days. Will you have more dates in the future?

Currently, the available dates are those that you can see on our website. However, the Chocolate Factory is magical, so more sessions may be available in the future.

What is the refund / exchange policy?

Tickets are not refundable. The terms and conditions of non-refundable tickets are agreed upon prior to purchase. In special circumstances, we can help you change your ticket for another day and session that is not yet sold out. Contact us at hello@feverup.com for more information. Make sure to enter the correct ID for your ticket.

Do you offer group discounts?

For groups of 12 or more people, discounted tickets can be purchased with the ticket type 'Group Access'.

Does the event take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience will be held in an indoor venue.

Is it a suitable environment for children?

Oh how we love the little ones! They are all welcome!

Will there be Vegan or Gluten free options?

We will provide Vegan and Gluten free alternatives to those with these dietary requirements. Please ensure to make these dietary requirements clear to the factory workers upon arrival.

Do you offer carer tickets?

Yes, carers get free admission for this event upon showing the appropriate documentation of proof at the entrance.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not permitted in our Factory.

Is there a dress code?

Casual (dressing up is encouraged!). Remember, there will be amazing photo opportunities throughout!

What safety measures will be taken against COVID-19?

We are operating within all current government guidelines. Mask wearing is mandatory in indoor spaces and hand sanitising stations are throughout the experience. You will receive Fever credit and flexible rescheduling if the event is postponed due to COVID.
