Review of Last Years Goals

I set the following goals last year

• Continue and even increase working with the product as a main technical support.
• Help develop a new user interface.
•  Continue involvement in selling the product, project management, and technical consulting when possible.
• Travel less.

I have not performed much work as a technical support person.  The State Farm General Ledger Project has taken more of my time than I anticipated it would a year ago.

I have been involved in developing the new user interface.  This has been quite rewarding.  I would like to be more involved, but the timing in relationship to the State Farm project is not very good.

I have been very involved in project management of the State Farm project.

I was only able to reduce my travel by moving my family to Bloomington, Illinois for the year.

Goals for 1998

I would like to be more well rounded in my project management capabilities.  I have not yet had the opportunity to develop and manage a work plan.  I have had only limited interaction with client management.
