Q: My jobs are not running / I cannot see the history overview menu

A: Please make sure you are logged in. At the top menu bar, you should see a section labeled “User”. If you see “Login/Register” here you are not logged in.

Q: It says I already have an account

A: If you use this server of galaxy you can use the SAME credentials you used to register on usegalaxy.eu. However! If you had been using usegalaxy.org or usegalaxy.org.au you might need to register a new account on the EU server.
