Eagle Scout Project — Purple Martin Nesting Colony

Interviewed a local wildlife biologist about the Purple Martin, its behaviors and nests. Created detailed instructions on the scope of the project's costs and plans. Presented instructions to the local village association to get approval for the project. Purchased or borrowed necessary building tools and materials. Organized and led the erection of the Purple Martin nesting colony. Completed construction before migration season of the Purple Martins.
