ABOUT RUN_FRICTIONLESS |
run_frictionless offers coaching and private workshops to help founders and businesspeople overcome friction and achieve predictable sales. A sales system spells out the formula required to make a customer, in a clear and understandable sequence. Now the act of making a sale does not depend entirely on one or two people, but is a liberalized process supported by many employees.
The firm was founded by Anthony Coundouris.
Anthony has a decade of experience consulting to technology and software-as-service startups. Brands include salesforce.com, Google, SAP and IBM. He specialises in designing automated sales and marketing systems. He has consulted to SaaS vendors in the United Kingdom, Korea, Singapore, Philippines and Australia. Anthony has been a founder in two startups.
His first business Firestarter consulted on Facebook and iPad app development in the South East Asia. The firm acquired by Novus Media in 2010. He cofounded Futurebooks, an accounting firm servicing over 500 startups and ranked Xero's number one reseller in Asia. When he’s not working, Anthony enjoys racing sport bikes and sailing boats.

We reply 9am-5pm SYD time GMT+10. Any conference calls which are required are held with Us from 11am-2pm SYD times. You will need to be available for at least 1 hour during these times to correspond with us or have a conference call.
We will give you feedback on the quality of the work presented. We may decide to cancel the Agreement and ask for a full or partial refund if the work presented is low quality. This may be because:
During Briefing we will give you 🎨 examples of quality if available, so you have a comparison.
We will create a timeline together during a kick-off call. If You are late delivering a milestone, and cannot provide a reasonable explanation 📣 or fail to give proper warning, We may decide to cancel 🧨 the Agreement and ask for a full or partial refund.
