About Fellowship Cum Development Program

“L-kshya” started with a “Lakshya” to help those candidates / Professionals who are looking to create a pronounced and stimulating career in the software industry on latest technologies. We provide these candidates with an opportunity to enhance their capabilities and exhibit their potential.

We started this fellowship program in 2013 with an aim to develop engineering graduates on various technologies related to Full Stack Developer, Java Developer, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science technically and professionally.

The program is very much rigorous and will be delivered to selected 200 students in the session 2022-2023. The fellowship program enables the selected candidates to enrich themselves with the various latest technologies without any financial barrier as well as with 100% job guarantee within our clientele network.

Everyone thinks of a colossal and a stupendous career after their college but most of the students fail due to varied reasons. Our fellowship program provides them with a platform to accomplish their dream career.

The fellowship program is entirely different from any market training federation. The program is only for selected students, who believe in hard work, experimenting day and night, want to learn from mistakes and most importantly who believe in themselves.

Training and intelligence are two completely different things. Training might give you little information, related only to some topics, but intelligence paves way for success.

The “Yeag Fellowship Program” is influenced by the philosophy of one of the greatest

Educationists named Sir Jiddu Krishnamurthy. In his words:

Fellowship Program Module

Stipend and Scholarship

Monthly Stipend : Top performing Candidate working on real time projects will get stipend of 2000-4000 rs per month depending on the kind of project assigned.

Scholarship for Program: Irrespective of candidate, scholarship for the program is available to all the candidate and no candidate is required to pay the complete development program fees.

Scholarship on Program Completion: Top performing candidates will get a scholarship of 20,000rs and certificate of appreciation on the completion of the program. For this , candidates must have completed all the projects in a time bound manner in the most efficient way.

Part-time Jobs : Part-time jobs will be available to all the students during their learning days to cope with their financial requirements.

Leadership Program

Apart from technical Knowledge student need to complete the entire task related to management skills, Idea Generation, Creativity, Leadership Quality, Social responsibility and all. As we all know the fact that the Software Industry is not all about “Technical Skills” but this industry demands creativity, new ideas, leadership skills, Teamwork and much more. Through the fellowship program, our motive is to create Software Professional rather than a trained student on a certain core concept.

How do we Keep ourselves ENERGIZED?

TRIP (Not Happening as of now because of Covid)

In between the rigorous development program, we always find time to go on a trip and re-energize ourselves. We strive to maintain a perfect work life balance. The students will go on a 2-3-day trip to some beautiful location outside Delhi. In the past, our interns have already visited places like Shimla and Rishikesh. So, fellowship is not all just a rigorous development / Internship program but it also reflects fun, Friendship, support, care, inheritance, enjoyment, trips, outings and all. However, all this event doesn't take place for the remote session.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Everyone must agree that the most important thing for the development program is the working environment. Program aims to provide a supportive, mentored, Self- motivated environment so that students will learn from each and every one present there. We all know that we all have something to teach and if so, we need to learn from everyone. Someone excels not because of knowledge or strength but because of their will to learn. Most of the candidates struggle a lot after their campus life to get their first job. The Eduinq Mentorship program is going to assist all those candidates who are well developed on certain technologies but not getting a job in the software industry.

Our Mentorship program will provide Hands-on-experience on the industry aligned project to the selected candidates. Selected candidates gain knowledge via experimenting while working on industry aligned project

We started this fellowship program in 2017 with an aim to assist graduates on various technologies related to Full Stack Developer, Java Developer, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science technically and professionally.

The Program will be rigorous and need to be completed in the time bound manner. This program comes with 100% job Assistance with-in our client network.

Mentoring Session : Mentoring session will be organized for mentoring related to industry aligned projects and limited to mentoring only. There will be no theoretical, practical/experimental / research session in any scenario.
