Red Cross Lifeguard class is now open for registration (A three weekend class at Fountain Central High School in Veedersburg IN; just off I-74 & SR-41).  Lifeguard is a tremendous summer and often year round job.  Guards find work in local community, school, YMCA, state parks, and college pools.  You must be 15 by April 1st 2019, and strong swimmer, able to pass a swimming test.  Adults (teachers, coaches) are welcome.  Download a flier at or call, text or message Brian Walker at 765-295-1548 (between 7pm and 9pm) for more information.

This is the 12th year the program has run!  Hundreds of kids have gone through the program, many have guarded all the way through college, and many teachers/coaches have also got and kept their certifications!  There is also a re-cert program, and teachers that need CPR certs are welcome to contact me and arrange to attend for just those skills.
