The transportation products and services mentioned in these web pages are subject to MYEX's Terms and Conditions of Carriage unless otherwise agreed in writing. In order to obtain a copy of the local terms and conditions for the country of origin of the shipment, please contact MYEX. MYEX's products and services may not be available in every country.

Information Disclosure

The information provided by visitors to these web pages is considered confidential by MYEX and will not be disclosed to any third parties except as required for service provision.

Classification of cargo

1. Sensitive goods:
Product liquids/powders, sexual products, drugs, cosmetics, food, desktop computers, mobile phone batteries, steel plates and steel raw materials, CDs, nutrition/health products, unauthorized products, ceramic tiles, electric bicycles

Special goods:
Chemicals, electric tricycles, ATVs, tires, game consoles, air conditioners, and refrigerators;

2. Goods not carried:

All automobiles (whole), car batteries (containing liquid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.), car engines, fireworks, explosives, lighters, mobile phones, laptop computers, gold and silver jewelry, and international regulations that prohibit the export of all these items.

3. Except for the above goods, the others are general goods.

4. Sensitive goods are not listed, but the actual situation prevails.

Remark:

1 cubic weight limit 500KG
Calculation method for overweight: actual weight/500KG= billing cubic number;
If the length/width/height exceeds 2 meters on one side or a single piece exceeds 1.5 tons, the destination port delivery fee needs to be confirmed separately
No compensation for damage to the goods. Please pack the goods yourself; if they are lost, the compensation will be 3 times the lost freight.
In case of missing goods or receiving wrong goods, you must report to the relevant personnel of our company within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Provide evidence of cargo photos, weight, etc.
Packaging: Fragile goods must be packed in wooden frames/wooden boxes, and a fragile guarantee letter must be provided.
It is a MUST that the goods is marked with a User ID when delivered to our company. In the absence of a User ID number, the first warehouse will refuse to accept the goods, and our company will not be responsible for the confusion, loss, etc.
The delivery is only downstairs, not upstairs; the consignee should negotiate with the delivery driver himself if it needs to be sent upstairs or moved to the warehouse.
The consignor shall bear the responsibility and expenses if customs checks the cabinet because the customer underreports the value of the goods.
Only the outer packaging is checked by the warehouse receipt. The interior of the packaging will not be our responsibility if there is no problem with the outer packaging. In order to prevent breakage, fragile items should be packaged on a wooden frame. The company is not responsible for the breakage of fragile items.
The whole ticket will be charged as sensitive goods if sensitive and common goods are mixed together in the goods
