Registration for 2027-2028 School Year
DATES AND PROCEDURES
ALL KINDERGARTEN APPLICANTS:
Online registration opens Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 7:00 am.
4s, 3s, 2s, TODDLER & INFANT APPLICANTS:
Church members, current families, alumni families: online registration will begin Monday, November 16, 2026 at 7:00 am and close on Friday, November 20, 2026 at 7:00 pm.
Community-at-large: online registration will begin on January 4, 2027 at 7:00 am and close on January 8, 2027 at 7:00 pm.
During this time period, please go to the homepage of our website
Second Presbyterian Weekday School, and click on the “2027-2028 Enrollment
Application” pop up box on the homepage to complete and submit the application online.
CLASS PLACEMENT CONSIDERATIONS PRIOR TO ADMISSION
The school retains the right to determine admission policies. Class placement will be based on your child’s age on August 1st, 2027. (Children must turn two by August 1st to be placed in a 2s classroom, must turn three by August 1st to be placed in a 3s classroom, etc.)
Note: In addition to the above criteria, consideration of children with special needs will be based on the school’s ability to provide the appropriate resources to meet the child’s needs.
ADMISSION / REGISTRATION PRIORITY
1. Active 2nd Presbyterian Church Members* and 2nd Pres Weekday School staff.
2. Current Family** and all Kindergarten applicants
3. Alumni Family ***
4. Alumni Parent
5. Community-at-large
*Families applying as church members must be active Second Presbyterian Church members for a minimum of 6 months prior to registration. If interested in becoming a member, please contact Rev. Andrew Bowman at abowman@2ndpreslou.org.
**In order for a new applicant to register in the “Current Family” category, the sibling who is enrolled at 2nd Pres for the 2026-27 school year must be returning for the 2027-28 school year unless the sibling is a 2026-27 Kindergartener.
***A new applicant must have a sibling who previously attended 2nd Pres Weekday School.
