Tickets

What are the different ticket types?

The ticket page specifies the different Zones that are available for purchase. All seats have a great view at the Gladstone Theatre. Zone A tickets will have a more premium view and sound, whereas zone C is more towards the back of the space.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

If you have any concerns about accessible seating, please contact us at hello@feverup.com

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation, such as an Access 2 Card or another document depending on your needs.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

If you require seating in this row, please reserve any tickets in the theatre, and you will be placed in this row on your arrival. Please leave us a note at hello@feverup.com to let us know in advance what your requirements are.

Is there parking available?

As a result of its central location, The Gladstone does not have a dedicated parking lot.

Some street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhoods.

There are also several paid parking lots;

We understand that not having their own parking lot may be inconvenient for some. Generally, we encourage our patrons to explore other transportation options such as public transit (OCTranspo routes #14 and #85 both stop steps away from the theater), walking, cycling, or ridesharing apps such as Lyft and Uber.

Help us be good neighbors: Please do not park across the street at Trattoria Caffe Italia or next to the theater at The Green Papaya or next door at Dragon Auto--these spaces must be available for their patrons.

COVID Measures

Do I have to wear a mask?

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
