Online choice: GoNoodle Guided Dance- Light it up Blue

Offline choice: Mountain Climber

Get in push-up position. Keep your arms straight and your hands flat on the floor. Bring your left knee in towards your chest, then bring it back to the starting position. Now, bring your right knee in towards your chest and then bring it back. Alternate between legs! Do 10 in a row, then take a break. Try 10 again, or 20!

For an added challenge, bring one leg up to your chest at the same time as you bring your other leg back to the starting position. You may need to do a little “hop” with your feet to do so.
