Mini Grants for Teachers

Given that the district is defunding a lot of support for teachers, can we create mini-grants for teachers to help them attend PD or purchase supplemental subscriptions or materials? Here is a sample of what my school uses. We can take ideas from this. Ideally, we would start the mini-grants next school year.
