Black Friday Sale - Terms and Conditions (United Kingdom)

1.        The “Black Friday Sale” (“Sale”) is made by Step One Clothing UK Limited (“Step One”) a company registered in England and Wales.  Step One’s registration number is 12571359 and its registered office is at 1 St James Court Whitefriars, Norwich, Norfolk, England, NR3 1RU.  

2.        The Sale commences at 11.59 pm GMT on 14th November 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm GMT on 1st December 2025, whilst stock of products last or unless terminated earlier by Step One (whichever is sooner) (“Sale Period”) and applies when you purchase the products at https://uk.stepone.life in a single order.  Strictly no Sale prices will be retroactively applied to orders made outside the Sale Period.  Orders cannot be amended or altered once the order has been placed with Step One other than in accordance with the Refund Policy.

3.        No other offers or promotions can be used together with this Sale.  

4.        Prices are as marked and advertised online during the Sale Period and no discount code is needed at checkout.  The Offer is redeemed by adding the products in the cart in a single order at checkout.

5.        The Sale cannot be applied to previously purchased products.

6.        All purchases are “first come, first serve”, there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first.

7.        If any products purchased using a Sale discount are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount paid for the product, subject to any applicable Refund Policy.

8.        Step One reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Sale at Step One’s discretion.

9.        Step One reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Sale at any time without prior notice to you.

10.        This Sale is subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale at https://uk.stepone.life/pages/terms-and-conditions-of-sale and Privacy policy at https://uk.stepone.life/pages/privacy-notice, which shall apply to the sale of any products you buy from Step One through our site.

11.        Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Sale. By participating in the Sale, you agree that the Sale is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat from all liability in relation to the Sale. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sale should be directed to Step One and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat.

12.        These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
