Thank you for choosing TweetShift Premium! If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we're here to help.

TweetShift Premium is a SERVICE provided to you by Honeybank Studios LTD (Registered in England. Company No 12680460) as is.

Refund amounts

The amount that we can refund you varies based on which subscription type you have, and how recently you made your purchase.

Getting a refund

Before you request a refund, we’d like to help you fix your issue - so we ask that you visit our support server at https://tweet.sh/support to chat to our friendly support team, who are prepared to help you fix any issues you are experiencing. Alternatively, if you would rather just get a refund without receiving assistance, please email our billing department at billing@tweetshift.com with your full name, last 4 digits of your payment method, and Server ID (obtainable via the /server-id command). If we have reason to believe you are defrauding us, we reserve the right to deny your request for a refund.

Changes to our policies

This policy may be updated in the future. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We may not always be able to notify you of any changes to this policy.
