Youth MOVE Massachusetts is youth-driven, peer-led  organization offering support and training opportunities to  young people with lived experience in mental health  healthcare. They offer a monthly support group for young people ages 14 to 18.

NAMI Basics is a free 6-week program for parents and caregivers of  children and teens living with emotional and behavioral issues.  Participants will learn communication tips, how to problem-solve,  and the skills to help you cope with the emotional impact of caring  for your child. NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-week program for family  members of older teens and adults dealing with mental health  conditions.
