ABOUT THE EVENT

What is the experience?

Festival El Rey is an event carefully crafted to offer a unique experience, a celebration designed to honor Mexican culture, music, and traditions.

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered from the spectator's perspective. You'll find a constant flow of music, both from local and international artists, creating the perfect atmosphere for a festive celebration of culture and a great place for family fun.

When it comes to gastronomy, we're focusing on local flavors, from renowned dishes to a diverse variety, including carne asada, sweets, and much more. Our goal is to showcase the culture of Rosarito, uplift the destination, and provide a platform for local producers.

Last but not least, we have an exciting fairground area and a dedicated space for children, featuring games, competitions, and a safe environment for those looking to enjoy this experience with their families.

Where does the experience take place?

The experience will take place at Baja Center, Baja California.

It will be at Baja Center, Rosarito, Baja California.

Is it an indoor or outdoor experience?

This experience will take place in a mixed indoor and outdoor space.

Is the experience accessible to people with other disabilities?

The experience is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Are there strobe lights?

The experience has light/flash sequences as well as loud music and a stadium-wide light show.

Is food and drink available at the venue?

There will be a food area on site. You will be able to buy and choose from a wide variety of places, we want you to be able to eat the best of Rosarito, Baja California.

Can I take photos or videos of the experience?

Of course! Don't forget to tag us on social networks. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional photographic equipment or tripods are not permitted.

What time do the doors open?

The doors open at 2 p.m., we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes in advance.

What happens if I arrive late?

Nothing, the doors are open at all times.

Is there a minimum age?

There won't be any age restrictions. Adults will be identified with distinctive wristbands.

Is parking available?

Yes, there will be secure parking.

Can I buy tickets at the ticket office?

No.

Where can I buy tickets?

What is the return policy?

No refunds are allowed.  Except in cases of cancellation. Terms are accepted prior to purchase. However, in exceptional cases, you can contact us and our customer service team will process your request. In this case, we ask that you have your order number ready.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your ticket is contactless and will be validated directly from the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone at no additional cost. It's as easy as clicking Transfer on your ticket in the Fever App. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need help. Please indicate your order number.

Can I change my tickets to another date/time or ticket type?

If there is still availability, we may be able to help you change your ticket to another date or type of ticket. For more information, please contact us and indicate your order number.

Which platforms sell tickets for this experience?

Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on other websites or platforms.

Can I make a group reservation?

If you would like to make a group reservation, please contact us and indicate the number of people and the desired date.  

I can’t find my ticket. What do I do?

You can find your ticket with its QR code in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you have not yet installed it, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you are still unable to see your ticket, please contact us.

Admission rights

The organization reserves the right to refuse admission and/or remove individuals if they are in an irregular state, such as intoxication, drug use, or any other behavior that may be uncomfortable or pose a risk to themselves and others. Authorized personnel may conduct searches of attendees to prevent access to prohibited or dangerous items, including food, drinks, drugs, firearms, sharp objects, or any other items that could pose a danger to themselves or other attendees.

We do not guarantee entry to users with tickets not purchased at Fever (the only official ticket office).
