STATEMENT OF FAITH

We of Youth With A Mission believe that the Bible is God’s inspired and authoritative word, revealing that Jesus Christ is God’s son;

• that people are created in God’s image;
• that He created us to have eternal life through Jesus Christ;
• that although all people have sinned and come short of God’s glory, God has made salvation possible through the death on the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ;
• that repentance, faith, love and obedience are fitting responses to God’s initiative of grace towards us;
• that God desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth;
• and that the Holy Spirit’s power is demonstrated in and through us for the accomplishment of Christ’s last commandment, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to everyone” (Mark 16:15 NLT).

IMAGE RELEASE

This is an agreement between you as a volunteer and Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and

YWAM Mission Builders International (MBI), for the express purpose of use of any photograph, video, and digital footage taken by the media and design teams or its designees. This agreement includes any photos taken both on and off campus or any location in the U.S. or abroad.

You hereby permit YWAM/MBI, its members, and agents, to take, use, and reproduce this

footage for both internal and external purposes including, but not limited to, in brochures,

catalogs, website/social media, exhibits/displays, stock photography, videos, and human-

interest stories. You further permit YWAM/MBI to use, copy, or modify such images or

recordings without restriction to copyright the same. You hereby release YWAM/MBI, its

members, and agents, from all claims and liability related to these images and recordings.

I have read the STATEMENT OF FAITH above. I believe and accept it in being considered for service. If accepted, I will abide by the spirit and guidelines of Mission Builders International and the applicable project.

I also agree to the IMAGE RELEASE above as it applies to myself and, as the parent/guardian, any family member that is a minor and joining me in volunteering.
