3:30 PM Call to order/Review draft minute from previous meeting

3:40-4:00 Review implementation of current Trustland Plan

Mrs. Deamer reviewed the plan. There are remaining funds to purchase 3 additional panels for classrooms for this school year. They will be installed in the fall. The school is still looking to buy about 12 more panels.

4:00-4:15 Plan for upcoming year’s council

Upcoming events were discussed as this year’s council closes and a new school year and council will start again in the fall.

Sarah Roundy made a motion to do an electronic vote for the upcoming School Community Council elections for the 2024-2025 school year.

Katrina Handsaker seconded the motion.

All present voted in favor of the motion.

There is an idea to have a table at the back to school night to give out information to parents as they tour the school with their children.

It is recommended to parents to think about what types of topics could be covered at White Ribbon Night (parent resources information night). Katrina Handsaker will reach out the district ed tech teachers and reserve their time to come and present to parents for that night. The date will be finalized at the next PTO meeting.

Katrina Handsaker motioned to close.

Jody Coy seconded the motion.

All voted in favor to close the meeting.
