Any person displaying violence, using disparaging remarks, abusive language, offensive remarks, intimidation, aggression or arguing inside, directly outside of the contact centre or by other means, whether to other parents, children or staff members will result in contact being discontinued as this creates an unsafe environment for everyone at the centre.
Please do not bring any other persons with you unless agreed at the pre visit.
Any person arriving at the centre under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave immediately and will lose their place.
Smoking is not permitted inside the grounds of the contact centre.
If you do not attend 3 contact sessions without informing the contact centre of a valid reason, your place will be allocated to another family.
Children are the responsibility of parents at all times. Staff are on hand to help if needed.
If contact has been delayed for whatever reason, the session may still go ahead only for the remaining time left.
Non resident parents must arrive 15 minutes prior to contact start time and must stay behind 15 minutes after the session has ended, this is the same for every family.
Mobile phones are not to be used for texting or making calls during contact sessions and must be put on silent. You can take photographs of your child only; however, videoing/video calling is not allowed on our premises.
Please note staff do not write reports or comment on contact sessions unless we feel there is a safeguarding issue. Only dates and times of attendance write ups will be given out upon request at a cost of £25.
Please do not ask your children to pass gifts, belongings, money or messages (either verbally or written) to your ex-partner.
Both parties are to ensure we are told as soon as possible if either of you cannot attend a contact session or no longer require a place at our centre.
Supported contact is to be a temporary measure until an agreement can be reached.
