9:30-9:45	Calendar/Number Sense Routine: How many different ways can you add two numbers to get a sum of 20? How do you know you have them all? If you can’t find a LOT of ways or to check yourself, here’s a hint. There are 33 folded pieces of fabric in the picture. They were taken from a storeroom that had 97 folded pieces of fabric. How many folded pieces of fabric are left in the storeroom? 1 2 3 There are 3 vanilla cakes cut into slices. Which one would you want to take a slice from? WHY? Use math words to explain. Take out a stuffed animal and practice saying the following: Today is, Yesterday was, Tomorrow is Represent today’s daily number, 165. in one of the following ways: coins base 10 blocks Number Bonds Expanded Form or Written Form What time is it right now? What time was it an hour ago? What time will it be an hour from now? Weather - Record on paper what the weather is like today - please keep a tally sheet of weather to use for graphing.

10:40-11:10	Writing: Fun Friday! Choose one writing choice from the Friday Choice Board. Remember to try your best, be creative, and have FUN!	Materials: Pencil Paper (Each writing choice has paper that can be printed. If you do not have access to a printer, you can use any other paper such as notebook paper or blank paper.)
