Delivery policy (Delivery Rules)

In these rules (hereinafter - the Rules)  the requirements for delivery of goods sold by «Lisi Sports» LLC are regulated (identification number: 405489118, e-mail: info@gymnasia.com, legal address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Vake-Saburtalo District, Kvemo Lisi Village, actual address: Georgia, Asia Tbilisi, E. Amashukeli 14a Street, telephone: +99551537537) as well as the rights and obligations of «Gymnasia» and the Client in the process of delivery of the purchased goods content.

The Rules use the following terms:

The Customer - is a person who has the legal capacity and the necessary authority to purchase and pay for the Goods through an website or application «Gimnasia».

Products - food and  another products offered for purchase through the website gymnasia.ge.

Delivery –  the delivery of the goods to the place  indicated  by the Client during making  of the order on the website gymnasia.ge in case the Client has chosen the service «Delivery».

Delivery

The delivery method, terms, cost and place of delivery of goods are agreed by «Gymnasia» and the Client in the order of goods. Making an order, the Client confirms its   responsibility for the proper fulfillment of obligations for payment of the order.

The client with the accept  of «Gymnasia» can change the terms of delivery of goods specified in the order, and in this case «Gymnasia» has the right to request from the Client additional amount caused by the change of order of delivery of goods.

Delivery of goods is carried out in accordance with the rules of delivery. If the Client chooses the «np delivery» option, the goods are not delivered and the Client himself picks up the goods from the place, to which Gymnasia presents the identity card and the purchase document. Upon receiving the goods, the Client is obliged to check the completeness of the purchase and, if any defects are detected, immediately inform «Gymnasia».

In case,  if the goods have been delivered within the specified time, but the goods have not been handed over to the Client due to his fault, the subsequent delivery shall be made within the additional term determined by the agreement of the Party,  after the Client has paid the cost of the goods delivery service again.

In case of violation by «Gymnasia» delivery  deadline agreed with the Client, the cost of delivery shall be returned to the Client within 24 hours from the Delivery by one of the following methods at the Client’s choice:

* refund of money paid by the Client for delivery of funds to the Client’s bank card or bank account; or

* providing the Client  a discount on the amount of delivery.

This paragraph does not apply to the following cases:

* the technical failure of the website, which was not caused by «Gymnasia»;

* free delivery.

Transfer of goods

Delivery of goods is carried out to the address indicated by the Client in the order and in the terms agreed in the order. The Client is obliged to ensure acceptance of the goods, in particular, to provide the most accurate information about the place of transfer of the goods, to ensure free and unhindered access of «Gymnasia» employees to the address specified by the Client, including using the intercom, call, access system, show the employee «Gymnasia» identity document and sign on the waybill. The latter  means that the buyer acknowledged receipt of the goods. Ownership of the goods passes to the Client at the moment of payment by the Client through the site or application.

Service delivery.

These rules may be applied to the services  «Gymnasia», rendered by virtue of the agreement on the use of sports and other services,  in part,  consistent with the requirements contained in the public offer («Public Offer Agreement»).
