We, Ignite Solutions India Pvt Ltd. (“Ignite”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”) are the owners of the website www.chaturji.ai (the “Website”) and software-as-a-service (SAAS) application named ‘ChaturJi’ (the “Application”). The Website and Application are collectively referred to as “Software”.  The Application is an AI assistant designed to enhance team and individual productivity by AI-enabling business processes. The Application allows users to create prompt library, share such prompt library amongst team members, and allows users to access multiple AI tools at once (“Services”).

We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting personal data collected on the Software. This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) sets forth how we collect, use and protect the personal data collected on this Software.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY NOTICE CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING ON THE CONSENT CHECKBOX, YOU CONSENT TO OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY NOTICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE, YOU MAY WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT OR ALTERNATIVELY CHOOSE NOT TO PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON THE SOFTWARE. SUCH AN INTIMATION TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT CAN BE PROVIDED BY EMAIL TO COMMUNICATION DETAILS MENTIONED BELOW.

This Privacy Notice is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract being compliant and construed in accordance with data protection laws of the applicable jurisdictions.

  1. “User(s)”, “you”, “your” shall include any individual who registers and uses the Software.
  2. “Personal Data” means information that can be used to personally identify an individual, including but not limited to the name, mobile number, email address, address/location details, photographs.

  1. Account Information: When you create an account or signup on our Software, we may receive your personal data, including but not limited to your name, email address, contact number, profile picture.
  2. User Content: When you use our Services, you may provide us Personal Data that may be included in the input (including all forms of prompts such as text, audio, video), file uploads (documents, images, audio etc.), any responses returned by the Software or feedback that you provide.
  3. Communication: We may receive your Personal Data when you communicate with us, including your name, email address, and any other information you communicate to us.
  4. Social media information: We may receive your Personal Data when you follow us on social media platforms.
  5. Team Information: When a team admin adds you to a team for shared conversations/ prompts, we may receive your Personal Data including but not limited to your name and email address.

We use strictly necessary cookies for the functionality of the Software and/or similar in-house and third-party tracking tools to track user traffic patterns. Cookies are used to provide Services, collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Software.

  1. Accuracy of information

The User undertakes that he shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Data shared with us whether of its own or any third party. In the event the User is sharing any Personal Data on behalf of a third person, the User represents and warrants that he has the necessary authority to share such Personal Data with the Company, obtain a written consent from such third party and the Company shall not be responsible for verifying the same. The User understands and acknowledges that such Personal Data shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice.

  1. Uses of Personal Data

We use the Personal Data obtained from you for the following purposes:

  1. to provide you Services on the Software,
  2. inform you about our Services and to respond to your requests,
  3. to provide you with a better experience when you access our Software and to improve the quality of Services,
  4. to maintain and manage our Software,
  5. to manage our relationship with you,
  6. for internal record keeping,
  7. to comply with our legal or statutory obligations,
  8. for marketing and advertising purposes, such as developing and providing promotional and advertising materials that may be relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to you;

We do not sell, rent, share, distribute, lease or otherwise provide your Personal Data to third parties, without your prior consent. However, in the course of providing access to the Software we may share your Personal Data. Accordingly, you expressly give your free consent to us to disclose or share your Personal Data in the following cases:

  1. Affiliates: We may provide your Personal Data to our affiliates to enable them to improve our Software, provide feedback and respond to their queries.
  2. Service Providers: We may share your Personal Data with the third-party service providers who work with us in connection with operating the Software. We use Large Language Models provided by third party service providers, where such service providers will process and retain your inputs in accordance with their own privacy policies.
  3. Merger or Acquisition: We may transfer your Personal Data if we are acquired by another entity, or if we merge with another company or transfer a part of our business, including the Software, to a third party. Any such third party or resultant entity that receives your Personal Data shall have the right to continue to use your Personal Data in line with the purposes set out herein.
  4. Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your Personal Data in order to comply with our legal obligations/ court orders/ requests by Govt. authorities.
  1. Data Retention

We will retain User’s Personal Data as long as it is required to be retained for the purpose of providing Services. We may also retain and use User’s Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  1. Security

Your Personal Data is stored on public cloud infrastructure. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protection, we cannot warrant the security of Personal Data transmitted as these systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible, and we will take necessary measures to mitigate such events.

  1. Your Rights

You have the right to access Personal Data provided by you as Account Information through the Software, the right to have us rectify or modify such Personal Data, right to have us erase/delete your Personal Data, right to nominate a person to exercise the User’s rights in case of their death or incapacity. To the extent possible and without affecting system functionality, we will facilitate the exercise of your legal rights. Depending on the nature of the request, we may ask you to complete a Personal Data request form or seek certain details to verify the request. All requests for Personal Data will be handled within a reasonable period of time. If you would like to exercise ANY of these rights, please contact privacy@chaturji.ai.  If your complaint/ query remains unaddressed, you have the right to register a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

We use third party service providers including but not limited to Large Language Models, where such service providers will process and retain your inputs/personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies. You may refer to their privacy policy to understand the manner in which you may exercise your rights in relation to any personal data processed by such service providers.

  1. Choice and Opt-Out

We may send you communications including but not limited to (a) notices about your use of our Software, including violations of use, (b) updates, (c) promotional information regarding our Services, and (d) newsletters. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails and newsletters from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. Alternatively, you can opt out, at any time, by emailing privacy@chaturji.ai with your specific request.

The Software may contain links to other websites or platforms/ applications of your interest. Please note that we do not have any control over other websites, and you will be accessing these websites at your own risk. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such websites/applications and those are not governed by this Privacy Notice. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy notice applicable to such websites.

This Privacy Notice shall in all respects be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India and the courts of Pune shall have an exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any subject matter under this Privacy Notice.

If we modify this Privacy Notice, we will make it available through the Software and indicate the date of the latest revision.
