Our hips and shoulders can hold particular tightness and can benefit from focused stretching and strengthening. In this workshop, we will mindfully employ yoga props, practical practice, and offer tools to incorporate into daily life.

 Open to all levels of yoga practitioners and beneficial for those recovering from injury, athletes who wish to supplement their activities and individuals who desire to move and feel better!
