Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

Are masks required?

We encourage all attendees to wear masks during the experience and will have them available if needed.

Is vaccination mandatory to attend this experience?

No.

Is late entry permitted?

No, doors will close promptly 10mins after the beginning of the performance time.

When should I arrive?

The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 1 hour prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 20 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are NOT allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Is there an age requirement?

Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the difference between the two shows?

Please note that the early shows will not be as dark, and will still be light outside for the majority of the performance.  Although we will be indoors, the residual light will affect how dark the performance is.

Is there parking available?

There is street parking located around the venue. Additionally, the Waterfront and Navy Yard metro stations are the nearest metro stations

Are the candles flammable?

No, for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.

Am I allowed to BYO?

No! Outside food and beverage is not permitted. Only bottled water is allowed in the venue. Drinks will be available for purchase.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
