Tutor Guide: Record a video using Zoom

Here’s a quick guide to recording a video using Zoom.

1. Open your Zoom app
   
2. Click on “New meeting”
   
3. Click on “Backgrounds” at the bottom right
   
4. Select your preferred background (or click on the plus sign to upload a new one), and click on the top right X button to close the tab
   
   
5. Verify your mic and camera buttons are not crossed 🚫, and click on “Start”
   
   
   
6. On the bottom menu, click on More > Record (or on the “Record” button if you see it right away). Then, select “Record to this computer”
   
   

7. Record your video! It’s your time to shine
   
8. When you’re done, click on ⏹️ “Stop recording” at the bottom
   
   
9. Then, click on “End” > End meeting for all at the bottom right.
   
   
10. Your recording will be processed and saved to your computer. You’ll see the file pop up as soon as your recording is processed and ready to be uploaded! 🎉
    
    
    
11. Finally, upload your video using the “Upload” feature at the top.
