Sound Training for Reading Limited (trading as Lexonic)

Please note, in the event of any conflict between any of the specifications below and your live Order Form, the Order will prevail.

Lexonic Advance (applies to purchases from 17th June)

Unless otherwise stated in Order Form:

Year 1 – In Year 1 the Lexonic Advance Licence includes:

• Initial training for the number of “nominated staff” as identified on your Order Form. Nominated staff must each sign the Intervention Teacher Contract.
• This training consists of 2 full, consecutive days either remotely, or face to face at the location agreed and confirmed in your implementation call.
• Loan of Lexonic Advance resources and WRAT assessment cards for use by nominated staff only. (Level as specified in the Order Form)
• 13-month Year 1 Lexonic Advance licence term starting from the day of invoice.
• Agreement comprises Terms and Conditions, Product Specifications, Administrator Schedule and Data Addendum and Acceptable Use Policy
• For all Trained staff: 13-month access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful delivery of Lexonic Advance in your setting.
• 13-month access to My Lexonic, our data monitoring and reporting online service for Lexonic interventions, for nominated staff. See also Administrator Schedule.
• Consumable assessment materials (eg. WRAT5 – Secondary up to 160 per year).

Renewal (Subsequent Years after Year 1)

• 12 months term.
• Replacement training for 1 member of staff (2 days remote initial training) to deliver Lexonic Advance.
• Continued loan of resources, assigned to nominated staff, having signed the Intervention Teacher Contract.
• For all trained staff: 12-month access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful delivery of Lexonic Advance in your setting.
• 12-month access to My Lexonic, our data monitoring and reporting online service for Lexonic interventions, for nominated staff. See also Administrator Schedule.
• Consumable assessment materials (eg. WRAT5 – Secondary up to 160 per year).

Multi Year Renewal up to 3-year packages available

For the length of the contracted term outlined in your Order Form:

• Replacement training for 1 member of staff (2 days remote initial training) annually.
• Continued loan of resources, assigned to nominated staff, having signed the Intervention Teacher Contract.
• For all trained staff: Continued access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful delivery of Lexonic Advance in your setting.
• Continued access to My Lexonic, our data monitoring and reporting online service for Lexonic interventions, for nominated staff. See also Administrator Schedule.
• Consumable assessment materials (eg.WRAT5 – Secondary up to 160 per year).

Additional People

• Additional people can be added to your licence at any time upon payment of the relevant fee.
• Loan of Lexonic Advance resources for use by nominated staff only.
• Each member of staff must complete the 2 days remote initial training.
• Each nominated staff member must have signed the Intervention Teacher Contract.
• Access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful delivery of Lexonic Advance in your setting, for additional trained staff for the life of the term.
• Access to My Lexonic, our data monitoring and reporting online service for Lexonic interventions, for nominated staff for the life of the term.
• Adding an additional member of staff does not affect the annual renewal date of your licence.
• This additional capacity to deliver Lexonic Advance remains with your licence as a bolt-on extra, free replacements not included.

Additional Resource Levels

• Additional resource levels can be added to your licence at any time upon payment of the relevant fee, as a bolt-on extra for the life of the term.
• Existing trained staff will be trained in the additional level over either a 30-60 minute remote session or via recorded video instruction (dependent on capacity and location).
• You can also additionally opt to train a new member of staff, (see Additional People specification).
• Resources to be used by nominated staff only.
• This additional level will remain with your licence for its lifetime only ending if you decide not to renew.

Lexonic Leap Licence (applies to purchases from 17th June)

Unless otherwise stated in Order Form:

Year 1 –  Lexonic Leap Licence includes

• 1-day initial training for the number of staff as identified on your Order Form (“nominated staff”).
• Training offered either remotely or face to face at the location as specified in the Order Form.
• Loan of Lexonic Leap teaching resources to each trained member of staff for the duration of the licence term, these nominated staff must each sign Intervention Teacher Contract.
• 13-month Year 1 licence term (unless otherwise stated) starting from the date of invoice.
• Agreement comprises Terms and Conditions, Product Specifications, Administrator Schedule and Data Addendum and Acceptable Use Policy.
• For all trained staff: 13-month access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful delivery of Lexonic Leap in your setting.
• 13-month access to My Lexonic, our Leap diagnostic, data monitoring and reporting online service for Lexonic interventions, for nominated staff. See also Administrator Schedule.

Renewal - (Subsequent years after Year 1)

• Replacement training for 1 member of staff to deliver Lexonic Leap via Lexonic’s pre-scheduled regional events or remotely at our discretion.
• Continued loan of resources, assigned to nominated staff, having signed the Intervention Teacher Contract.
• For all trained staff: 12-month access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful delivery of Lexonic Leap in your setting.
• 12-month access to My Lexonic, our Leap diagnostic, data monitoring and reporting online service for Lexonic interventions, for nominated staff. See also Administrator Schedule.

Additional People

• Additional people can be added to your licence as a “bolt on” at any time upon payment of the relevant fee.
• Each member of staff must complete the 1-day initial Lexonic Leap training and sign an Intervention Teacher Contract.
• Access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful delivery of Lexonic Leap in your setting, for additional trained staff for the life of the term.
• Access to My Lexonic, our Leap diagnostic data monitoring, and reporting online service for Lexonic interventions, for nominated staff for the life of the term.
• Adding an additional member of staff does not affect the annual renewal date of your licence.
• This additional capacity to deliver Lexonic Leap remains with your licence for its lifetime only ending if you decide not to renew.

Flex and Flex Renewal

Lexonic Flex (applies to purchases from 17th June) designed for and only available for use in Alternative Provision or Specialist Settings.

Unless otherwise stated in the Order Form:

Year 1 – In Year 1 the Lexonic Flex Licence includes:

• Initial training for the number of “nominated staff” as identified on your Order Form.
• Nominated Staff must each sign the Intervention Teacher Contract.
• This training consists of 1.5 consecutive days either remotely, or face to face at the location agreed and confirmed in your implementation call.
• Loan of Lexonic Flex resources and WRAT assessment cards for use by nominated staff only.
• 13-month Year 1 Lexonic Flex licence term starting from the date of invoice.
• Agreement comprises Terms and Conditions, Product Specifications, Administrator Schedule and Data Addendum and Acceptable Use Policy.
• For all trained staff: 13-month access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful delivery of Lexonic Flex in your setting.
• 13-month access to My Lexonic, our data monitoring and reporting online service for Lexonic interventions, for nominated staff.
• Consumable assessment materials (eg. WRAT5 – Secondary up to 45 per year, depending on site) and stated in your Order Form.

Renewal (Subsequent Years after Year 1)

• 12 months term.
• Replacement training for up to 2 members of staff (1.5 days remote initial training) annually.
• Continued loan of resources, assigned to nominated staff, having signed the Intervention Teacher Contract.
• For all trained staff: 12-month access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful delivery of Lexonic Flex in your setting.
• 12-month access to My Lexonic, our data monitoring and reporting online service for Lexonic interventions, for nominated staff.
• Consumable assessment materials (eg. WRAT5 – Secondary up to 45 per year, depending on site)

Lexonic Flex Licence Additional People

• Additional people can be added to your licence at any time upon payment of the relevant fee.
• Loan of Lexonic Flex resources for use by nominated staff only.
• Each member of staff must complete the 1.5 days remote initial training
• Each nominated staff member must have signed the Intervention Teacher Contract.
• Access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful delivery of Lexonic Flex in your setting, for additional trained staff for the life of the term.
• Access to My Lexonic, our data monitoring and reporting online service for Lexonic interventions, for nominated staff for the life of the term.
• Adding an additional member of staff does not affect the annual renewal date of your licence.
• This additional capacity to deliver Lexonic Flex remains with your licence as a bolt-on extra.

Resource Entitlement - All Programmes

Delivery will always be pre-arranged and tracked for your convenience. Exact timing will depend on the programme and location of training.

Wordology (applies to purchases from 17th June)

• Individual user account for the number of “nominated staff” as identified on your Order Form.
• Wordology licence term in year 1 is 13-month site-wide licence, 12-month term in subsequent years and is exclusively available on Lexonic’s online services.
• Access to Lexonic Learn for the length of Wordology Licence, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful implementation of Wordology in your setting, for all nominated staff.
• An extensive video library of literacy support via Lexonic Learn including spelling, grammar and punctuation videos and teaching resources
• An ever-evolving collection of professional development masterclasses and accompanying resources written by field experts and suitable for staff across all curriculum areas.
• In addition, a 36-week tutor programme is available to download for site-wide use to ensure all staff can support learners to discover how morphemic analysis results in independent, metacognitive learning.

Wordology Trial

• Individual user account for the number of “nominated staff” for a limited time, as identified on your Order Form.
• Time limited access to Lexonic Learn, our interactive workspace for professional learning housing a comprehensive suite of video support and guidance material from Lexonic experts to support successful implementation of Wordology in your setting, for all nominated staff.
• An extensive video library of literacy support via Lexonic Learn including spelling, grammar and punctuation videos and teaching resources
• An ever-evolving collection of pre-recorded professional development masterclasses and accompanying resources written by field experts and suitable for staff across all curriculum areas.
• In addition, a 36-week tutor programme is available to download for site-wide use to ensure all staff can support learners to discover how morphemic analysis results in independent, metacognitive learning.

1.  All remote training will take place over Google Meet with invitations to the event being issued by the Lexonic Regional Trainer leading the training event. As a consequence of the way Meet invitations function, the participating staff email address will be visible to both the Lexonic Regional Trainer and the other participants on that particular training event.
