Quality Policy
This quality policy aligns with our Group Company’s Quality Management System Certification REAS Group’s ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification.
Quality management is about the quality of our products, services, people, technology, processes, and outputs.
We (REAS Group, Guyana-Business.Com (T/A Gateway-Guyana Holdings Inc.) and subsidiary brands including WorkspaceForBusiness.Com and AI-Experts.Work) want to understand our customer's requirements to give them modern, engaging, creative digital media and content solutions.
Our services include Image and Video Content Production, Social Media Marketing, Media Management, Media Monitoring, Public Relations, Web Design and Development, Google Analytics and Insights, Google Workspace Managed Services and App Development, and AI Agentic Tools and Data Management of Business Processes and Workflows to support our customers' marketing, sales and operational needs.
Process management and improvement
We want to meet and exceed our customer expectations by regularly improving and enhancing our processes.
These improvements are initiated by our employees through weekly recorded SLT and Standup Team meetings, internal audits, external input from production/content reviews, emails, and our Production Tracker App, all accessible via REAS Hub (Our Internal QMS Management System).
Customer satisfaction
We regularly review if we are meeting customer needs to improve it with our internal review and approvals process using review notes and our Quality Management Systems Apps.
We work continuously to improve product quality and supply reliability as well as our services, by having a monthly meeting to further increase customer satisfaction.

Employees
Our employees are our most valuable asset and we invest in them. They have been selected for their professional and creative skills and their personal qualities.
They receive regular training for their continuous professional development and this is captured in a Team Competence App.

Suppliers
We work with suppliers committed to quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable service.
We comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and constantly monitor quality performance, so we can implement improvements when appropriate.
Staff awareness and understanding of this policy and our Quality Management System (QMS) are specifically promoted and reinforced through our regular Standup Team meetings.

5.2 Policy
5.2.1 Establishing the quality policy
Top management shall establish, implement and maintain a quality policy that:
a) is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and supports its strategic direction;
b) provides a framework for setting quality objectives;
c) includes a commitment to satisfy applicable requirements;
d) includes a commitment to continual improvement of the quality management system.
5.2.2 Communicating the quality policy
The quality policy shall:
a) be available and be maintained as documented information;
b) be communicated, understood and applied within the organization;
c) be available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
