Step - 1
For Example; Below is an example of a speaking hierarchy;
- Face-to-face conversation with a best friend.
- Talking with my family members.
- Talking in the classroom.
- Having a conversation with my uncle.
- Talking in a gathering.

Step - 2
Note; After making a list of your speaking hierarchy, try to practise these strategies in every situation till you will achieve mastery.
- Take a deep breath and relax.
- Try to calm your speech helpers like throat, lips, jaw and tongue.
- Take your time and speak slowly.
- It’s okay if you feel a hindrance in your speaking. Make practice again and again until you feel fluent in your conversation.
