Gather all Hospitality Bins (Bin 1, Bin 2, Bin 3) in lobby (check van if missing)
Prepare Hospitality Table
Retrieve table from kitchen
Set up in middle of lobby
Cover with black tablecloth
Prepare coffee
Fill up container in rear kitchen with 70 cups of water (numbers on side)
Bring container back to lobby and place on far left corner of the table.
Scoop out 8 cups of coffee with a paper cup
If preparing more or less coffee, the ratio of water to coffee should always be 10:1 plus 1 additional cup of coffee (e.g. if you have 70 cups of water, use 8 cups of coffee.)
Place the stem (long metal rod) in the container
Insert the coffee holder into the container
Set the lid on top of the container
Plug the coffee maker into the extension cord, then into the wall
Turn the coffee maker on
Wait 45 minutes for coffee to brew completely
Clean plastic placemats and place on table (away from coffee)
Set out food and drink supplies
Paper cups
Napkins
(2) bagel trays
(2) butter knives (for cream cheese)
Mini trash bin
Glass sugar container
Sugar holder, and stirrers
Tea and artificial sweeteners
Refill the holder as needed
Set aside extra cups and napkins under table for replenishing
