Rockwall High School and Rock 9 are proud to offer a wide range of student clubs and organizations that allow students to connect with peers, explore interests, and build leadership skills.
As we begin a new year, please review the information below about current clubs, how to request a new one, and recent state law requirements under Texas Senate Bill 12.

All requests will be reviewed to ensure they follow district guidelines and comply with Texas Senate Bill 12, which takes effect September 1, 2025.
After this date, schools must obtain parental consent before students may join any club.
Parents must provide written permission for their student to join or participate in any club. Consent forms must be completed before participation.

We strongly encourage every student to join at least one club or organization this year. Whether through leadership roles, creative outlets, or service projects, participation helps students build valuable skills and lasting relationships. Colleges also view involvement, leadership, and the initiative to start something new on campus as strong indicators of character, responsibility, and commitment.
