CEI BASIC

2. Comprehensive (NON-MDW)

Covers: Employment or placement of all job seekers except Foreign Domestic Workers (MDWs).

CEI KAH (NON MDW)

CEI BASIC (NON MDW)

3. Comprehensive (LOCAL)

Covers: Employment or placement of only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents 

Jobseeker Type: Only local workers.

CEI KAH without EFMA

• Modules Covered: KAH & General
• Delivery Mode: Classroom-Based / Synchronous eLearning (Day & Evening)
• *Course Fee: $392.40 (Inclusive GST)
• Duration: 24 hours (Weekdays 3 Days / 6 Evenings in 2 weeks)

CEI BASIC without EFMA

• Modules Covered: General only
• Delivery Mode: Classroom-Based / Synchronous eLearning (Day & Evening)
• *Course Fee: $327.00 (Inclusive GST)
• Duration: 20 hours (Weekday 2.5 Days / 5 Evenings in 2 weeks)

Requirements: Desktop/laptop/tablet with a working camera, microphone & speaker

Training Materials: PDF softcopy (shared 1 week before class)

Class Size: 10 – 35 pax

Available Dates:

• 16 - 20 March 2026
• 20 - 24 April 2026

Synchronous eLearning-Based (Evening Class)

Language: English

Evening Class: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Requirements: Desktop/laptop/tablet with a working camera, microphone & speaker

Training Materials: PDF softcopy (shared 1 week before class)

Class Size: 10 – 35 pax

All sessions will be held on weekday evenings.

Course Attendance & Completion Certificate:

• Minimum 75% attendance required for e-Certificate of Attendance (MOM requirement)
• Attendance is uploaded to MOM and NTUC at the end of each week. This upload typically occurs at least one working day after the week's end.
• All changes (withdrawals/postponement) must be emailed to: cei@gmcs.com.sg (Note: Administrative fees may apply)

• Exam Fee: $174.40 per attempt (Incl. 9% GST)
• If you were unsuccessful in your first attempt and no CEI course was completed previously, you must attend a full CEI course and obtain a Course Certificate of Attendance before registering for the 2nd exam.
• If you hold a Course Certificate of Attendance, you may retake the test until you pass.

• Registration Deadline: Closes 3 working days before the course start date. ⚠️ Registration may close earlier once full capacity is reached.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required within 3 working days from reservation. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your reserved seat. Example: Reserve on Monday, 1 March → Pay by Thursday, 4 March
• Class Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent one week before course commencement.
