- Purpose: This Anonymized & Aggregated Data is used solely for internal purposes like industry trend analysis, improving Service functionality and performance, enhancing predictive capabilities, and generating generalized insights.
(d) Additional Information Collected Through Our Mobile Applications:
To provide a full suite of features on our mobile Applications, we may request access to certain data and functions on your mobile device. Access is only granted with your explicit permission, which you can manage through your device's settings.

We only access the specific files you choose to upload through the Application.
- Push Notifications: We may request permission to send you push notifications through our mobile Application. These notifications are used to provide you with timely alerts, service-related updates, and other important communications relevant to your use of the Services. You can control your push notification preferences at any time in your device's settings menu.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
(a) Using Personal Information:
- To Provide and Manage Services: Operate the Website and Applications, authenticate users, process transactions, deliver requested content and features, and provide customer support. This includes using Location Information to geotag User Content and Camera/Photo Library Access to attach visual media to reports and observations.
- To Communicate With You: Respond to inquiries, send service-related announcements, request feedback, and deliver Push Notifications with important alerts and updates.
- Marketing and Promotion: Send promotional communications (subject to your consent where required and offering opt-out options).

Such data is not used by these providers to train or improve their general AI models.
- With Affiliates: We may share Personal Information within the SafetyVue corporate family for internal administrative purposes consistent with this policy.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose Personal Information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SafetyVue, our users, or others.
