Thanks for using Peregrin (“Peregrin Technologies”, “peregrin.ai”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)! We are currently in the Alpha version. This means that the product is in its early stage, rapidly changing. This Privacy Policy applies when you use the services of Peregrin Technologies or our affiliates, including our mobile application called Peregrin, software, tools, developer services, data, documentation, and websites (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information during the alpha testing phase.

As a participant in the Peregrin alpha program, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and photo URL. This information is retained for authentication purposes and may be used to contact you with product updates and account-related changes occasionally.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we will receive your email address to help authenticate your sign-in and, occasionally, for product updates and account-related notifications. Please note that Peregrin will never use Gmail data for ad targeting or serving, and all uses of this data will comply with the Google API Services: User Data Policy.
Peregrin Alpha collects usage data, including date and time stamps, taps, scrolling information, bookmarked answers, and saved places. This data is anonymized and not linked to personally identifiable information. It is used for analyzing trends, tracking user activity, and enhancing Peregrin's functionality, bug fixing, and overall user experience. Peregrin Alpha stores user-generated content within the conversation function for understanding your preferences, gathering insights, and making necessary improvements to Peregrin's conversations.
Peregrin will retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. After the Alpha Testing concludes, we will delete your data unless otherwise specified in a future version of our privacy policy.

To delete your account and associated user data, contact us at company@peregrin.ai. We will delete your account within two weeks of receiving the request.
By participating in the Peregrin Alpha program, you agree to receive communications from us related to beta testing, updates, and important notices. If you no longer wish to participate, you can opt-out by contacting us.
Services are intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using any of the Company, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of the Services. If you have reason to believe that someone under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to Peregrin through the Service, please email us at support@peregrin.ai. We will investigate any notification and, if appropriate, delete the Personal Information from our systems.
