INTRODUCTION
These services are designed to ensure that all participants in the conference have access to information and are helped to solve all the problems that may occur, so you will help people moving around, giving the right directions and information,
helping people to move around is quite a task just so you know.
During your shift you’re responsible for cover your shifts and be prepared regarding all the questions that attendees will ask.
You will be part of an attendee services team.

These are your main tasks during your shift.
You are going to report to the Hallway Manager.
Before you shift starts, you’ll meet the Hallway Manager who will give you some brief instructions about your role.
