Q: Why am I being told that my number is not recognized when I attempt to sign in?

A: We only allow authentication through mobile numbers that are present in our system. If you have a number that needs to be added to your account, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Q: Can I get help through the application itself?

A: Absolutely! After signing in, you can access the help page by tapping on the profile icon in the top right corner and selecting the “Help” option. We strive to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
