Herb Fired Buk-Bukaaa

Marinated and roasted chicken with a side of sauteed seasonal veggies with choice of baked potato or rice pilaf.

New York Steak

12 oz CAB, grilled to perfection, served with a side of sauteed seasonal veggies with choice of baked potato or rice pilaf.

Cajun Jambalaya

Cajun style rice, Louisiana sausage, shrimp, chicken, onions, bell peppers, and celery all sauteed with a special blend of spices.

The “I’m From Cali” Burger

⅓ lb angus beef with chipotle aioli, topped with pepper jack cheese, house-made guacamole served on a fresh pretzel bun.

Mushroom Swiss Burger

⅓ lb angus beef with jalapeno aioli, topped with swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, slices of thick bacon, tomatoes, red onions and crisp lettuce all served on a fresh ciabatta bun.
