CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

1.       Consignor agrees to allow Star Coin & Currency, LLC Auctions to offer consignor items for sale at online auction for a 10% commission of hammer price. There is a $3 minimum consignment fee per lot.

2.       Consignor understands and agrees that all items will be offered for sale with no reserve and that all items will sell to the highest bidder regardless of selling price. Selling price cannot be guaranteed.  In the rare event, Consignor understands and holds Star Coin & Currency, LLC harmless for any technical, server or internet connection issues that could hinder bidding and limit hammer price in the auction.  Consignors agree that the Terms and conditions posted on the Star Coin and Currency website are incorporated into this agreement.

3.   Consignor understands and agrees if Star Coin & Currency Auctions does not receive payment for the item(s) the sale will be void and the items may be offered at a subsequent auction. In the rare event an item is returned or not paid for  and the consignor has been paid, the consignor agrees to refund Star Coin Auctions for the selling price of the items.

4.       Payment will be made to the Consignor within 30 days of good payment being received.  We routinely pay within a week of the auction ending.

5.       Consignor agrees that Star Coin & Currency, LLC Auctions is not responsible for insurance on consigned items and not responsible for fire, theft, loss and/or damage to items.  It is highly recommended that the Consignor maintain proper insurance on the items until the point in time that the buyer accepts item(s).

6.       Items are subject to be grouped in bulk lots at the discretion of the auctioneer.

7.       Consignor agrees and states that they have good and marketable title to consigned items, that they will hold harmless and indemnify Star Coin & Currency, LLC Auctions and its employees for any claim or liability arising out of the sale and agree to all terms stated herein.

8.       Shipping instructions. Please pack items very well and that no sound is heard when the package is handled. Use heavy tape on all package seams, edges and corners. Double boxing is highly recommended. Print, complete and include this form with items. Please address Jim Haver PO Box 1234, Union Lake, MI 48387 (For security do not address Star Coin and Currency on shipping label.) Please use signature confirmation and proper insurance.
