Riverside Middle School Football Conditioning 2026

We will condition athletes starting Monday, July 20th through Thursday July 23rd. We will condition the following week Monday, July 27th through Thursday, July 30th. Conditioning will be from 3 to 4:30 pm on those days. This gives us 8 days to condition, work on formations, decide on positions and get us ready for the first day of pads which will be August 4th (1st day of school).

What you need for conditioning:

• Updated physical,

• physical must be less than a year old (October 7th 2025 or newer will get you through the season)

• Football cleats

• Shorts and T-shirt

• Mouthpiece
