2018-19 Supply Lists & Annual Donation Expenses
Classroom teachers use supply donations to purchase classroom supplies and fund additional educational expenses.
Payments can be made through RevTrak by following this link.
Our Moolah Campaign: Charter schools construct their own budgets to bring vision and mission to life. Our small class sizes and program pillars depend upon family contributions. Our Moolah Campaign seeks to have all families contribute in accordance with financial ability and desire. Please consider a contribution of $375 per child to help us maintain annual Council funding for the arts and more! This is approximately $2 per day per child. We seek 100% participation, and we appreciate any contribution your family can make. Moolah Campaign contributions are separate donations from field trips or school supplies.
We are committed to excellent experiences for all students. Should your family require financial support for any educational activity, please contact Lauren Tracey or Cece Davis.
Additional expenses: We are also including approximate costs of Outdoor Education, Winter Sports and Field Trips as a courtesy so that you may budget accordingly. The exact costs of these experiences will be communicated as events approach.
Free and Reduced Lunch: Applications for Free and reduced-price lunch for 2018-19 are available online through Infinite Campus. A new online application must be filled out each school year.
K-8 SUPPLY LISTS
Kindergarten 📚: Donation for Classroom Supplies $100.00
Kindergarten utilizes many hands-on materials throughout the year. Instead of parents bringing in traditional “school supplies” we request this amount per student so that we can buy these supplies in bulk including materials for everyday academics, art, theme studies, special projects, and more. Donations will also cover the cost of most of our field trips, which may include trips to the Butterfly Pavilion, Fiske Planetarium, a museum, and/or a musical event such as a play or an orchestra event. The cost of our Outdoor Education experiences in September will be covered by a generous donation from Council.
Note: This amount may not cover the costs of winter sports that will happen in January and February. We anticipate the total cost of winter sports to be about $55.00. We will collect this money when we know the exact pricing for this trip. Total approximate annual cost per K student is $155.00
