Joining the Club or Renewing Your Membership for 2025
For joining and renewing you need to download the application form PDF here.
Print the filled-out form and bring it with a check for $36 to the club during our Thursday (7-9pm) or Saturday (9-noon) open houses. Give the form and check to the Treasurer (Don Olson) or to one of the board members there.

Submit your membership application form and payment anytime during the year. Your payment is for the remaining full months of the current calendar year. Your fee is $3 times the number of months left in the year. So if you join in June, you pay $3 X 6 months (July-December) = $18.
When you submit the filled-out form and payment, you have APPLIED for membership. Your membership will be voted on at the next monthly General Meeting. If for some reason your application is not accepted, the fee you submitted is refunded.
We offer some new options for 2025 membership renewals.
You may still do what you have always done, that is print the membership form and fill it out with a pen or in most cases your PDF software will allow you to fill it out on the computer and print the filled out version. In either case you need the paper application form filled out. (Or you can pick up a blank paper form at the club.)
But for 2025 you have the option of renewing online. Email the form either as a filled-out PDF or a scanned image of the filled out form to treasurer@w5gad.org. NOTE: you must email it from the email address the club has for you online in hamclubonline.com.
You may also pay the fee using PayPal, going by the membership fee payment schedule below. Detailed instructions for how to pay fees are further down in this document.
Your form and payment must be received no later than March 1, 2025. No matter when you submit the form and payment, you owe the full-year’s fee of $36 (for individuals) to continue with uninterrupted membership. If no form and fee are received by March 1, 2025, you are removed from the membership roles and will need to apply for membership to rejoin the club and be approved by the membership at a General Meeting.

Associate members who are not licensed: $36. (These members cannot vote.)
Student members $10. Please provide us with an image of your current student ID.
Family members living in the same household as a member can join for $18. (This applies to two family members. Any additional family members are included without fee.)
