Escape RV Resorts & Campgrounds Policy Guide for All Guests

Escape RV Resorts is a system of RV Resorts & Campgrounds in Utah with private affiliations throughout the Country. These policies help ensure an amazing camping experience for all Guests in our Resorts & Campgrounds.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:  Check in is between 1:00 p.m. and 9 p.m. (Echo Island 2:00 p.m. to 9 p.m.)  Guests who wish to check in after 9 p.m. must call ahead and may be moved from their original site.  Check out time is 11:00 a.m.  If you wish to extend your stay please contact the registration office before 10:00 a.m. (A late fee may be charged, at the discretion of the manager, for late departures of $25-50).

REGISTRATION/RESERVATIONS:  Site fees are for 2 adults. Children that are 3 years old or under are free.  The fee for additional guests is $3.00 per person per night, if put on the original reservation. (up to a maximum of 10 people per site).  All facilities in this resort are for registered guests only.  Day passes ($5 per person per day or $25 for Family of up to 8 people) are available for visitors of guests who wish to use facilities/amenities.  Extra vehicles (boats, trailers, cars, etc) are to be parked in designated parking and pay $5.00/day per vehicle.  

SITE:  Fire laws prohibit storage of materials under or around RV’s.  Outside patio furniture that is approved by the park manager is allowed.  Altering or digging into a site is not permitted.  Sites must be kept neat and clean at all times.  Tent sites allow for tents that are 12′ x 12′ or smaller.  No mats on grass allowed.

RV SITES:  (Motorhome, 5th wheel, bumper pull, pop up trailer, tent trailer, truck bed campers) Only well-kept RV’s are allowed in our Resorts & Campgrounds.  All camping units must have sleeping facilities, window coverings and approved electrical, water & sewer hookups.  Sleeping in cars is not allowed. Truck Campers are to remain on vehicles.  Escape reserves the right to refuse admission of camping units that do not meet these standards.  A small tent may be used in addition to an RV as long as the guest pays the additional tent fee ($10)per night  and additional guest fees ($3 per person)per night.  No more than 10 total guests per site.  

TENT SITES:  (No trailers of any type) One large or small tent is included in the price.  A total of two tents are permitted on a tent site as long as the guest pays the additional tent fee ($10)per night  and additional guest fees ($3 per person)per night.  No more than 10 guests per site.

A maximum of 10 guests per site is strictly enforced for all site types.  Tents sites may include 2 tents with a $10 extra tent fee per night.   RV Sites may include 1 tent with a $10 extra tent fee per night

CANCELLATION, NO SHOWS:  There is a $10.00 processing fee per site for ALL cancellations. Cancellation notice must be given 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.  Cancellations made after 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.

No shows will be charged 100% of nightly rental charges for time reserved.

CAMPFIRES and BARBECUES:  Wood burning is only allowed in designated fire pits.  Firewood can be purchased at the front office or store.  Freestanding outside barbecues, fire pits and dutch ovens may be used on gravel areas.


VISITORS:  Registered guests entertaining visitors are responsible for their conduct and liable for any damages they may cause while in the Resort.  Please inform them of our rules and regulations.  All visitors must stop and register at the office.  Visitors will be given a pass and parking assignment.  If visitors wish to use the resort facilities a day pass of $5 per person or $25 a family  will apply.

DAMAGE LIABILITY:  Guests are responsible to pay for any damage caused to any property, equipment, building, etc caused by themselves or minors under their supervision. 

CHILDREN:  Being a family friendly resort we encourage all to take advantage of the amazing amenities offered at the RV Resorts.  Please remember children are not the responsibility of other residents or park management.  Parents are responsible for the conduct and acts  of their children: financial, safety or otherwise.  

PETS:  Two pets are included with each site reservation.  Behaved pets are welcome, all others are not.  Pets must be cared for at all times and on a physical leash while within the resort. Please pick up after your pet.  Pets are not allowed to be a nuisance to others at any time.  Do not leave pets alone in the RV if you leave the park.  Pets are not allowed in any resort buildings, bathrooms, the pool/spa area or on the athletic courts.  Pets are not allowed in the Cabins or in the Tipi’s.   Management reserves the right to require any misbehaved pets to leave the resort.  Although fellow Campers are not required to have a copy of their pet’s health history and up-to-date vaccinations record in their possession at the campground, we encourage you to have these available if possible. Any violations to the rules listed above will be subject to a $25 fine per incident.


TRASH:  All trash including cigarette butts should be discarded in proper receptacles. Do not leave trash in the fire ring.

SPEED LIMIT:  The speed limit for all types of vehicles is 5 M.P.H. throughout the Resorts.  

QUIET HOURS:  Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Loud music or disturbing noise of any kind is not allowed at any time.  Please be considerate of others.  

WI-FI:  Escape RV Resorts & Campgrounds provide free WiFi access to its guests. A valid email address will be registered before use. This service is not be used for any of the following purposes: illegal or fraudulent use, copyright or trademark infringement, threats or harassment, harm to minors, spamming, hacking, system disruption, impersonation or forgery, abuse of new groups, excessive use of bandwidth, viruses, etc.  


LAUNDRY:  Laundry rooms are for guest convenience.  Please clean up after use. Washing of any pet related items are prohibited in park laundry machines.

SWIMMING POOLS:  There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.  Children under 14 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult while in the pool and spa areas.  Children 5 and under are not allowed in the spa (average temperature in the spa is 104 degrees).Children still in  diapers, are required to wear a swim diaper plus plastic pants in the swimming pool. All guests must shower before entering a pool or hot tub.  Please, no lotions or oils in the pool or hot tub. No glass whatsoever is allowed in the pool area, food and smoking is also not permitted in this area.  Appropriate swimwear is required.  Pool and hot tub hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily for all guests.  Pool may be open and closed at the discretion of the Manager.  All users must abide by the posted rules.  

NOT ALLOWED IN RESORT:  All motorized vehicles must be currently licensed.  Bicycles must have headlights if used after dark.  Generators are to be used only in the event of a power outage or with sites without power service. Generators may be used on sites without power service between the hours of 8:00 AM & 9:00 PM.  Auto work is not allowed in the resort.  Smoking is not allowed inside resort buildings (including bathrooms).  No unauthorized soliciting or selling.  Clotheslines are not allowed.  No washing of vehicles is permitted.  NO rugs or vehicles on the GRASS.  Public intoxication, obscene language, or inconsiderate guests will not be tolerated. Our Resorts & Campgrounds are drug-free. No offensive flags or decals as demanded by the park manager are to be made visible to other guests.  Escape reserves the right to require any guest to leave the resort for any behavior that disturbs other guests.


NOTE: This network of resorts & campgrounds is privately owned. Violations of any resort rules and regulations or antisocial behavior which may or may not be covered by these rules and regulations may result in eviction from the resort. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and to refuse to register any undesirable guests or RV’s.  Escape is not responsible for any type of loss whether due to fire, theft, vandalism, or other means. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause or may cause to any property. These policies are subject to change at the Owner's discretion and may be amended on occasion.
