Q:        How do I login to my Staff Portal account?

A:        You can login to your Staff Portal account by visiting www.esasd.net/fis and using your district username (NOT your full email address) and password.

Q:        When will I see my correct insurances and deductions listed in the portal?

A:        You will see the correct insurances and deductions after the first pay for the 2023-2024 school year is posted on July 20, 2023.

Q:        When will district staff be trained for requisition entry?

A:        Training will be scheduled starting mid July. Until training is complete you will continue to enter requisitions for the 2023-2024 school year in Munis.

Q:        Why did I receive an email regarding an expiring clearance?

A:        Your clearances have been imported into the new staff portal. You will receive emails 90 days prior to their expiration date.

Q:        What if my personal information is not correct or complete in the portal?

A:        Fields that are eligible for correction have an edit button located next to them. Edit requests will be routed to the appropriate department for processing.

Q:        Will I be able to see the pay period dates on my pay stub?

A:        Yes, pay period dates will be added to all future pay stubs.
