Gods & Meditation Retreat 2025

This retreat brings meditation, dissolving and qigong practices together to balance our energies, release stress and trauma and open to the inherent relaxation and openness at the centre of our being.

We will make use of dissolving practices, sitting, standing postures Gods Playing in the Clouds Neigong.

The focus will be to balance, centre and release our energies progressively towards our core and to discover and settle into what is at the centre of all experience, the relaxed openness of being.

About the Teacher:

Gio Maschio has been running regular retreats since 2004 and has been teaching for over 30 years, focusing on self-healing and meditation. He is one of BK Frantzis most experienced students certified to teach all Energy Arts subjects, was founder of the Qigong for Acupuncturists course at the UK's largest college of Chinese medicine and has studied with a several other teachers and masters especially in the field of meditation over the last 30 years. Spinal Qigong has been his main focus in qigong for over a decade.

 


Venue:

South Leigh Village Hall a beautiful, light, warm hall with large private garden in a quiet village just north of Oxford, with free parking available.

If you don't have a car, lifts will be available from Oxford town centre from other participants at the event,

Food:

A fresh organic lunch at our venue in South Hinksey by Will Pouget owner of the Vaults & Garden Cafe. There is also a good gastro pub in South Leigh itself, two minutes walk away. People can also bring their own supplies, we have a kitchen and fridge available

 


Timing of the Days:

10.30am - 6.00pm with a good break for lunch and a rest.  We may vary this a little depending of what attendees prefer

 



Places to Stay:

Here are links for places to stay in Oxford or near the venue itself just outside Oxford (N.B. there is often a map option and several search filters which are very helpful). Sometimes local participants at retreats have room at their houses, or participants are willing to share accommodation. If you are interested let us know and we will see what is possible.
