SUBJECT:  3.1 - Increase the Line of Credit

 

CONTACT PERSON:  Andrea Pelster/Daniel Kluver Sr.

 

FOR:  Discussion/Action

 

BACKGROUND:

The school board must review the need to increase the line of credit currently held at Farmer’s & Merchants Bank.  

 

EXPLANATION:

Current revenue is not sufficient to cover expenses during lean months of the year, typically from November - January and March - May.  The increase in the line of credit will allow us to pay bills on time.

 

PROPOSAL:

Approve the increase in the line of credit held at Farmer’s & Merchants Bank.
