Describe the feelings you are experiencing right now. What words would you choose to explain your feelings?





Find specific situations or events that may have contributed to your depression.





Analyze your perceptions of the circumstances. What patterns or negative thoughts come to mind frequently?





Consider any alterations in your conduct associated with depression. What is your response to these feelings?





Think about how the people or places around you affect your psychological state. Determine the good and bad aspects.





Try practicing mindfulness. Pay attention to your breathing while objectively observing your feelings.





Write down your emotions in a journal. Write openly and honestly while delving into your feelings.





Write down the coping strategies you have used in the past, or come up with some new ones. Evaluate their effectiveness.
