Client Overview:

New Wave Auto Brokers is a Buy Here Pay Here dealership based in Denver, Colorado, founded and operated by Nicholas—a legacy car guy who took over after scaling his father’s store from $6M to $20M in accounts receivable. Nick knew how to grow, but he was overwhelmed. The dealership was making money—but it was barely surviving.


The Problem:

Nick was stuck in the middle of a highly stressful, high-overhead operation:
