Casey's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do you have any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Yes. While we don't have a strict MOQ for most orders, orders with subtotals less than $100 will incur a $4.00 handling fee. For spreadsheet orders, there is a minimum requirement of 10 unique SKUs. Additionally, to maintain wholesale pricing, members must average $100 in monthly orders over a 12-month period.

Where do you ship to? We only ship to locations within the United States. To maintain an account and receive shipments, you must have a valid state tax ID for the state to which we are shipping.

Do you offer free shipping on orders above a certain quantity or value? No. We charge shipping on all orders. The exact shipping cost is calculated after your order is picked and packed.

Why does the shipping show as “free” on the website? Shipping costs are not included in the initial product price. Orders placed on our website will show $0.00 for shipping at checkout; this is a placeholder. Actual shipping charges are calculated once the order is packed and will be added to your final invoice.

Where are the products shipped from? We ship from our facility at 8921 J Street, Omaha, NE 68127. This central location helps reduce shipping time and cost for our domestic customers.

Can I choose the carrier and/or shipping method? No. Casey's selects the carrier, shipping method, and packaging for all orders to ensure efficiency and safety. We typically pick and pack orders very fast to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Does Casey’s charge any return fees? Authorized returns of non-defective, undamaged merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Will you provide us with a Letter of Authorization (LOA) to support brand relationships? Yes, we can provide an LOA verifying your status as an approved reseller of products sourced through Casey's. Please note that we are an authorized distributor, not the primary brand owner. Resellers must still adhere to all policies or restrictions set by brand licensors (including teams and leagues) and the marketplaces where products are sold.

Are your invoices compliant for Amazon selling purposes? Our invoices include comprehensive business details and itemized products in commercial quantities. However, because Amazon’s requirements change frequently, we recommend consulting Amazon's seller support directly for the most current compliance standards.

Do you offer any product labeling or bundling services? No, we do not currently offer product labeling or bundling services. All products are shipped exactly as they are received from the manufacturer.

Do you ship directly to marketplace warehouses (like Amazon FBA)? Yes. We will ship to any valid United States address, including marketplace warehouses. Please note that additional fees may apply for third-party labels, carton labeling, or specific shipping customizations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the marketplace's specific delivery policies.

Do you have MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies? Casey's does not set its own MAP policies. However, many of the manufacturers we distribute for do have them. As a reseller, you are responsible for being aware of and complying with the specific MAP policy for each brand you sell.

What are your accepted payment methods? We accept U.S.-issued credit cards only: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
