Specific Event Updates

If any events are affected, customers will be notified and updates will be posted here as soon as decisions are made.

We are delighted that subject to meeting all the government tests on the lockdown and subject to all competitors following our Safe Play Policy at all events, that our season will proceed as planned.  Any exceptions are listed specifically below.

We are aware of increasing numbers of covid cases in the UK which is resulting in many having to self isolate.  Unfortunately you having to self isolate does not mean we are able to vary our cancellation terms.  We have committed to golf clubs well in advance and we can’t allow any changes or cancellations outside our policy listed in our terms.  

We will however allow anyone affected by covid to transfer their tickets to someone else completely free of charge.

General Policy

We consider golf to be one of the safest sports - outdoors with no reason for any contact whatsoever - and it’s vital for our health and wellbeing to continue to be active and enjoy leisure pursuits where it’s safe to do so.

We will only postpone a golf event if relevant authorities decide to close golf courses or ban local travel.  We have no inside information. We are reliant on golf clubs to advise us where such restrictions exist - and we will communicate with our customers as soon as decisions on postponement are made.  If you have not heard from us, the event is taking place.

If an event needs to be postponed, we will work with the golf clubs to arrange a convenient time for rescheduling under the same booking conditions.  Participants will be moved to the new dates.

If the new date is not convenient, participants will be offered full credit to use elsewhere, and if there is nothing else suitable we will refund fees paid.

Customers are asked to note that we do not get refunds from card companies or paypal, which is the key reason we prefer customers to accept credit instead of a refund.

Safe Play Policy

We are operating covid safe events and we have a Safe Play Policy which we update from time to time and can be found HERE

Key elements of this policy are

  1. No gatherings before or after golf in groups greater than four.
  2. Pace of Play enforced
  3. No prize giving
  4. Face mask rules to be followed indoors or in public areas
