News from the Grounds Crew:
If there is any frost on the greens, please do not walk on them. As you have probably noticed we are working on green regrowth. It is IMPERATIVE that you DO NOT WALK ON THE GREEN NETTING that is present on the greens. This will prohibit growth. We will not be off the winter tees until around May 1, More details to come. Thanks for your cooperation.
News from the Pro Shop:
Daylight Savings time will be reinstated on March 12. After that, we will open at 8 AM, weather permitting. IF IT IS NOT 50 Degrees or ABOVE WE WILL NOT BE OPEN. Always call first if you are unsure. If you do not have a tee time, please don’t expect to have a cart ready for you when you arrive.
Upon completion of your round, daily, please return your key to the pro shop.
When getting multiple bags of range balls, you will be given one bag at a time. Upon return of the empty bag, you will be given the second bag. Thanks for your cooperation.
Remember, this time of year we are open to the public. Please encourage your friends and neighbors to come play , we may be able to generate some new memberships from this.

February Board Meeting Minutes 2/13/23
Call to Order: Mike Aldridge, President
Board Members Present: Mike Aldridge, Ray Sparks, Charlie Biancke, Brian Kinsey
Board Members Absent: Carl Nunnelley, Kelly Kendall, Shain Stephens
Staff Present: Jim Fuller, Grant Howard, Amanda Aldridge, Lynn Northcutt
Financials: Lynn Northcutt
-All looking good for this time of year. The Profit and Loss Statement, The Balance Sheet were presented.
Grounds: Grant Howard
-The sand for the year will cost around $4200. We haven’t had bunker sand in awhile, and its necessary
-The chemical budget will close to 20K this year. Prices have increased
-Grant is trying to do the reels himself since our machine route has been discontinued. He is doing a lot of them himself for now, and it seems to be working.
-Grant plans to punch the greens between March 20-27.
-We had some tree damage due to wind. We are looking into trimming trees on number three.
Activities- Jim Fuller, Amanda Aldridge
-The course has had some play as of late due to the weather. Tee times for tomorrow
-We host the Lions Club Valentine dinner tomorrow.
-Upcoming Events : Trivia with Trent February 24
We are hosting a Painting Party March 24,, contact Mandy if you want to sign up , or see the information on our Facebook page.
-Upstairs is rented several times this month
